{"id":30800,"date":"2023-06-09T13:38:28","date_gmt":"2023-06-09T11:38:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iberseriesplatinoindustria.com\/actividadespro\/workshop-thinking-like-a-producer-creative-business-strategy\/"},"modified":"2026-06-01T17:54:32","modified_gmt":"2026-06-01T15:54:32","slug":"workshop-thinking-like-a-producer-creative-business-strategy","status":"publish","type":"actividadespro","link":"https:\/\/iberseriesplatinoindustria.com\/en\/actividadespro\/training-workshops\/workshop-thinking-like-a-producer-creative-business-strategy\/","title":{"rendered":"Workshop \u201cThinking Like a Producer: Creative Business Strategy\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop <strong>\u201cThinking Like a Producer: Creative Business Strategy\u201d<\/strong> is an activity aimed at strengthening the development of fiction projects from a creative, industrial, and market-oriented perspective.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This new training program, which will be incorporated into the sixth edition of Iberseries &amp; Platino Industria, will take place in person at Matadero Madrid during two days of the event.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is aimed at producers, directors, screenwriters, and executives linked to development areas who are interested in acquiring tools to enhance audiovisual projects with business models adapted to the current context of the Ibero-American market.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop will be led by <strong>Leonardo Zimbr\u00f3n<\/strong>, a producer with extensive experience in film and television and currently SVP of Co-Production at 3Pas Studios, the production company founded by Eugenio Derbez and Ben Odell.<br \/>Throughout his career, Zimbr\u00f3n has worked with companies and platforms such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.warnerbros.com\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Warner Bros<\/a>., <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sonypictures.com\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sony Pictures<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.netflix.com\/?utm_source=chatgpt.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Netflix<\/a>, and Amazon MGM Studios, participating in productions such as <em>Nosotros los Nobles<\/em>, <em>Club de Cuervos<\/em>, and <em>Cada Minuto Cuenta<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshop program will be developed in two thematic sessions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Creative strategy in development \u2013 market vision from day one<\/strong>, focused on how to strengthen projects from their earliest stages by incorporating elements with commercial and audience potential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Business models<\/strong>, a review of traditional and emerging formulas for financing, producing, and positioning audiovisual projects in the international market.<br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br \/>The organization will select a maximum of 25 participants from the applications received.
