Ventre Studio’s founding partner, Paula Cosenza is an independent producer with vast international experience. She has produced series, features and documentaries in partnership with Netflix, Disney, HBO, FOX, Warner Bros and Sony Pictures, among others.
Conciliating curatorial skills, creativity and high level productions, her films have been shown and awarded at many festivals such as Cannes, Berlinale, Venice, San Sebastian, Sundance and Telluride. As a distributor, she has acquired and launched in Brazil titles such as “Parasita” by Bong Joon-ho and “The Square” by Ruben Ostlund. She is a member of EAVE (European Audiovisual Entrepreneurs) and was named by Variety as “Latin American Producer to Watch”.
