Roy Ashton is a Partner at The Gersh Agency. Prior to joining Gersh as Partner in November, 2011, Ashton spent 13 years at Creative Artists Agency. Starting in the mailroom, Ashton worked his way up the corporate ladder and now functions in all areas of Television, helping clients sell and package television projects all over the world.
