As Vice President of Content Sales for BBC Studios Latin America and U.S. Hispanic, Karina Dolgiej is responsible for ensuring optimal distribution of BBC Studios’ content across broadcast and digital channels in Spanish-speaking Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market, as well as overseeing the sales team in Miami and Mexico City. Dolgiej has more than 20 years of experience in sales, content acquisitions, production, and marketing. Before joining BBC Studios, she was responsible for content sales and co-productions in U.S. Hispanic and Latin America for Armoza Formats, where she developed strategic partnerships with regional production companies and significantly contributed to enhancing regional performance year over year. Prior to this, she held key positions at Keshet International, Zodiak Latino, and Univision. Dolgiej has a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires.
