Carla Redondo Galbarriatu holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Diploma in Economics from the University of Deusto, a Master’s degree in Civil Service Administration, a certificate from the European Political Economy and Finance Executive Program at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a university certificate in International Trade from the University of the Basque Country. She has more than 7 years of experience in the field.
She is a member of the Senior Civil Service Corps and has held positions at the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training, and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation—initially in the Office of the Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence. Since August 2022, she has served as Secretary General of the National Cybersecurity Institute (INCIBE).
