Netflix and FIPCA: Training to Transform. Talent and the New Demands of the Ibero-American Audiovisual Industry

This panel will bring together industry representatives to reflect on the current state of professional training in the region, existing barriers to access and the need to develop a more diverse and equitable training provision with a broader geographical reach. It will also present the experience of FORMA, the training initiative launched by FIPCA with the support of Netflix, as an example of collaboration aimed at expanding training opportunities and strengthening the Ibero-American audiovisual industry.
