Clara Ruipérez de Azcárate is the Director of the Intellectual Property Unit at the Telefónica Group and a member of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors of Movistar Plus+. She holds a Ph.D. in Law, is an attorney, and is the author of several books on copyright; she has previously worked at Garrigues, Baker & McKenzie, and Netflix.
