Iberseries & Platino Industria has opened the call for applications for The Clearance Process in Audiovisual Production. A Practical Legal & Business Affairs Workshop for Producers and Creators, an initiative designed to strengthen the legal expertise of audiovisual industry professionals in the prevention and management of legal risks throughout the production and exploitation of audiovisual works.vv
The workshop will provide a highly practical overview of the clearance process, covering key topics including intellectual property, personality rights, the identification of legal contingencies, and the tools available to minimise legal risks throughout the entire production lifecycle.
The programme will take place over three in-person sessions, from 29 September to 1 October, at Matadero Madrid, and will feature specialists in intellectual property, Legal & Business Affairs, audiovisual production and clearance from law firms, production companies, collective management organisations and other leading industry organisations.
Participants with experience or an interest in the legal aspects of audiovisual production will be selected. The workshop will be conducted entirely in Spanish.
To apply, participants must hold a valid Iberseries & Platino Industria accreditation at the time of registration and submit a motivation letter, curriculum vitae (CV), and a short biography.
The call for applications will remain open until 18 August 2026 at 14:00 (GMT+2).
